The rice are eggs - most probably pin worm eggs.
The chopped bits and pieces sound like parts of worms- especially if they float on the top of the toilet bowl water.

The mucoid plaque you are eliminating is AWESome!! wow, keep up what you are doing, as you really are going through a major cleaning!

That large heavy thing that landed in your toilet was probably more mucoid plaque.

There are some kinds that are black and ropy- and some types that are heavy and clayish. I've done some cleanses last year-and eliminated a heavy clay looking mucoid plaque- but it was only about a yard long. It had overlapping layers even. I thought it was a parasite at first!-- but after reading more, now know it was some mucioud plaque.


I've heard that many of us have 10 lbs of mucoid plaque in us- our intestinal tract is so long.

Getting rid of mucoid plaque gives you a head start in eliminating parasites!
