Dientamoeba fragilis, and pinworm infection...??

Hi!
I think I read somewhere that you get infected with Dientamoeba fragilis through pinworms..
Does that always mean that you are infected with pinworms if they find Dientamoeba fragilis??
I did a test and they only found Dientamoeba fragilis, is it possible to be infected with only that parasite?

Because I am scared that I will be infected with anything else as well, and that the test missed it..
