165F Degrees

As a general rule, heating to 165F degrees (180F to thoroughly cook poultry), whether through convection (oven), steam, frying, or flame-contact grilling, is sufficient to kill any common organisms, including parasite eggs, which may be present. (See "Reheating" in link below.) The website implies that "hot and steaming" food dishes indicate that that temperature has likely been reached. Keep in mind that microwave ovens, due to the inconsistent delivery of microwaves in various portions of the oven interior, are an unreliable means of pasteurization. As everyone knows, one part of the TV dinner can be hot, with ice crystals present at the opposite end. A turntable, or at least manually turning the dish several times during heating, can help resolve this, although isn't foolproof.

"...that can contain weevil eggs."
Setting aside the "yuck" factor, organisms such as weevils or weevil eggs could not survive the gastro tract, as they are not designed for that environment. They're simply "food" to the gut (although I'm sure some bugs could transmit disease if not pasteurized or otherwise cause one to feel naseous -- not all bugs are viable "food"), much as ants and grasshoppers are food to some indigenous cultures.

Off the top of my head, the only organisms I know that that can readily survive such temperatures are anthrax spores (supposedly they can sometimes even survive oven temperatures) and those bacteria/organisms which thrive near volcanic vents on the ocean floor, although I'm sure there's others as well. But, thankfully, this stuff doesn't show up in your grocery store's romaine lettuce!
