well after having a friend take a look at my daughter's head, my friend said it looked like baby lice, so I have everyone having an overnight oil treatment and have been spending most of the day stripping and cleaning everything, sheets, pillows, couches, beds, everything I can think of. If anyone has any ideas on helping to get rid of these buggers and keept hem gone I'm more than willing to try. Thanks to everyone who responded.
