what oder parasite killing ways/programs?

Hi!

I believe that I have parasites and I don't know really what method to use!

Unfortenately I don't have a credit card to buy Clarkia anti parasite product or some similar product for killing parasite.
In my country I can't find any product named for killing parasites in any drug stores.

I heard that CoenzymeQ10 helps. Is this right way or what do You suggesting to me?
