Re: bound up from pump/pine cleanse

HI, I am doing pineapple/pumpin seed cleaning. It is my 3th day.
The first two days, i felt so much pain in my stomache somehing like
it was twisted badly. I had to use my hand to press tightly. I have 3 BMs a day.I am passing something like rice. Today, I feel much better almost no pain. I think the parasites are all dead. I did 9 days of juice fasting before start parasite cleaning.
I think this method is very efficient.
