Please, Help me! Happened for the First

Dear knowledgable people!

Suddenly, I got these dry cough from down the chest. and it feels tight in the chest... No other simptoms of cold or flu. I don't suffer asthma or other chronic deseases apart from systematic Candida.
I currently on the Candida diet for 1.5 months and taking all the necessary staff + started parasite clensing 4 days ago with Clarkia , doing bowel clensing, but these srange symptoms of various kind keep attacking me. I don't know how to relieve this cough....
What should take??
