Wormworm contains as its active ingredient a volatile oil called thujone. This oil is neurotoxic. I personally wouldn't touch the stuff, nor would I let any children take it. I would point out that with mebenazole, it mainly stays in the intestine which would limit side effects, and you only take two pills in the course of the treatment, which again will help limit side effects. I don't know how long you have to take paragone for.
As part of the family treatment, I would reccomend that any pets are dewormed, fingernails are cut short and well scrubbed (the eggs can become lodged underneath) and all the badsheets are put on a hot machine was cycle (again to remove any eggs trapped in the sheets).
