Apprehensive to start the parasite cleanse, anyone knows whats waiting?

I'm about to start my first parasite cleanse (I dont really feel like I have anything but I want to do it before doing a liver cleanse, as it is advised). I am feeling really apprehensive about it because I dont know whats going to happen. Does anyone know how it feels? Do you get stomach aches or cramps or discomfort? Can I go to work without problems or am I going to get dizzy or anything? What do I do about unwanted side effects?

Any advice or experience would be appreciated, because I really want to do this sooner than later. Thanks!!
