Has anyone used a parasite cleanse called PARAGONE?

I just started a parasite cleanse this week- I'm on my third day. Not sure exactly what to look for as far as what's coming out. If I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary, does this mean that it's not working, or that I don't need this cleanse? Is anyone familiar with Paragone? It's 2 pills, 3 times daily, and 15 drops of a liquid 3 times daily. Made up of Black-Walnut Hull, Wormwood , Clove, and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember right now. I bought it at my local Co-op.
