I would recommend doing both at the same time or the Colon Cleanse first. If you are not cleansing your colon prior or during the parasite cleanse it will do no good. You need to be able to rid yourself of the friendly environment for the critters by cleaning out the colon. parasites thrive in this environment.

As for the kids, I would recommend paranil Jr. I did the colonix program from dr. natura and the parasite cleanse for the adults (paranil) with much success. They produce a safe version for kids. Check out their website www.drnatura.com it has information on the paranil jr for kids.

Can not help with the walnut hull, I do not know if the Paranil I used had it or not. Good luck and happy cleansing- you will feel so much better! Cindy. Tweet
