Oh, I'm not an expert on the subject, my herbalist gave me a list of foods that were alkaline and foods that were acid forming. My system in acidic too, but not so much that my zapper is burning me. BTW, where are you zapping on your body that you would get rashes on your wrists? Because I've heard that if you simply move the zapper, that could help. Anyhow, you can find a lot of info on-line about an alkaline diet, and foods that you should and shouldn't eat. My herbalist told me to drink lemon water or apple cider vinegar every day to combat the acidity. I know that coffee is a big no-no! Not that I can stop drinking it...
