Roundworms make nest in our feet so that is probably the twitching in the bottom of your feet, I have it also, hard to relax isn't it when you feel it going on constantly!?!?!

Die off is like icky said, different for everyone and each month may be different for you. Depends on how many the herbs are killing off each month. I have been parasite cleansing for over two years now and I still get die off symptoms, right now I have a dull headache and body aches, also very tired. Always drink lots of water to get the toxins to leave you body fast, that should help the die and you want the dead parasites to leave fast also. Be thrilled when you do see an actual worm in the stool, one female can lay 5,000 to 200,000 eggs each day. I didn't see a worm for a few months, only seeds and a few flukes.
