About those people who claim that the Bentonite is plaque. I've eaten Bentonite and you feel what is Bentonite when it comes out. It feels like eating sand (I throw it in the back of my throat and then drink water, that way, it's not all in my teeth) and it also feels like passing sand. So, you can't mistake it for passing plaque.
While it is brown before you ingest it, it comes out dark and stinks, so I guess it really holds on to the toxins and takes them away.
