Re: Bowel cleanse: What normally happens?

I had great results with the Holistic Horizons products. Their Intestinal Cleansing tablets contain chickweed, irish moss, cloves, plantain, rosemary, bayberry bark and corn silk extract. When I used the Intestinal Cleansing tabs it was in conjunction with the Special Bulking Agent that is primarily psyllium, but also contains calcium pantothenate, cloves and dandelion root. This program does not use bentonite, and I still eliminated a whole big bunch of mucoid plaque. (I've heard some people claim that the plaque is actually bentonite, but I can tell you for a fact that it is not!) My next cleanse will be using the Holistic Horizons program again and adding Bentonite to the mix to see if produces even faster and better results. Will keep you posted.
