Re: parasites & coenzyme Q10

See my below about using liquid Co-Q10. I have never used the high dosage rec. for parasites, but I do take 30mg. daily for health. The gelatin coating for the capsules in the high quantity you mention could cause some problems...even if it simply contributes to an upset stomach.

I purchase Coq 10 from www.epic4health.com I will be purchasing the liquid form next time. I have some reservations about using such a high dose of CoQ 10...but will probably try at some point!!
