See my below about using liquid Co-Q10. I have never used the high dosage rec. for parasites, but I do take 30mg. daily for health. The gelatin coating for the capsules in the high quantity you mention could cause some problems...even if it simply contributes to an upset stomach.

I purchase Coq 10 from www.epic4health.com I will be purchasing the liquid form next time. I have some reservations about using such a high dose of CoQ 10...but will probably try at some point!!

Compare the cost of CoQ10 to the price of some prescriptions and their side effects.

The 3000mg of CoQ10 is not to be consumed on a daily basis.
CoQ10 is used to get rid of Tapeworms and possibly Ascaris. Then a mop up is done with ozonated olive oil and 500 mg of L-cysteine.

I took one 3000 mg dose of sublingual CoQ10. Five days later I took another dose to clean up whatever the first dose didn't get. Kinda like a rinse cycle :)

I felt no ill side effects, in fact I felt great!
Oh and there's no greater joy than being able to flush dead Tapeworms down the porcelain throne.
This is one of my favorite cleanses and I look forward to my next one.
