New to all this, some advice please!

Hi all, I'm new to this parasite cleanse thingy. I read that I needed a combo of Black-Walnut , Wormwood and Cloves to do this. I went along to a health store today and the woman sold me a Nature's Answer "Black Walnust & Wormwood complex" (liquid, alcohol free combination extract). According to the bottle is contains :-

Each serving contains: 2,000mg of Extract of Black-Walnut green hulls (1:1) Wormwood leaves and tops (1:1) Sweet Annie leaves and tops (1:1) Clove flowers (1:1)

Does this sound okay and it mentions cloves, so do I need to buy additional cloves? It says to take 1 or 2 ml a day or 1 or 2 ml up to three times a day. What kind of dosage should I be talking killy these pesky parasities???
