If you're talking about The Master Cleanse fast, then do NOT do any other cleanses while on it. There is a post on the Master-Cleanse forum from someone who did a Liver Flush while on the Master-Cleanse and got VERY ill. If you want to do P&B shakes, Liver Flushing or parasite cleansing, do it before &/or after the MC. The Master-Cleanse is wonderful on it's own & anything you add during that period will restart your digestion & you will lose the miraculous cleansing, healing & regenarting benefits of the MC. If you're gonna do the MC, do it by the book to get the most out of it, you'll be pleasantly surprised if you do! :)
