What are these things!?

I've been taking Parastroy for a little over a week, and been passing some light-colored specks, but today I passed something light brown that looks similar to a sunflower seed but a little larger and flatter. I know it can't be anything I've eaten lately. Is this a Tapeworm segment? I started the Parastroy because I had a lot of the symptoms of parasite infection, but i'm just disgusted by the thought of what this could be. Tweet
