How to do a simple parasite cleanse?

Hi!
I have very big problem with buying anti parasite products like 'Clarkia' 'Parastroy' or something similar in my country. No one has ever heard of it. And unfortinatly haven't a credit card.

So, my question is, can I do some quality parasite cleanse with somekind home/made products? Maybe I could combine myself combining with some herbs that I could find?

Question 2: I just find Coenzyme Q10 which I can get. Is this stuff proper for good parasite cleanse? I'm new in this cleansing, so appreciate every help
