fast for 47 days is not dangerous if it is done with the usual controls for this, or a supervision of an expert, and the need of protein is not that necesary the people think, or the consum market agents want to make us know. when you do fasting, it doesn't mean your body doesn't eat, it still taking everything it needs from its reserves from its store. I agree also with taking some organic fruits or veggetables juices better than any pils or substitutes, it doesn't matter if they say its "natural pils" or "organic vitamins or protein", it's not true as we already know, and taking these products, we are going against the cleaning of our body and we're adding more toxins to clean. Only what it goes in a real organic or natural way, our body is able to take, and that means only organic food, otherwise we will be putting more toxins to clean in our body.
