hi! and thanks a million for replying back! now, i'm hearing so much about having to do enemas and colonics while doing these cleanses.......the liver and gallbladder cleanses in particular. do you plan on doing the enemas and colonics while cleansing or is there another option. i have never done either of these (enema and colonic) and am somewhat reluctant to do them if i really don't have to.
