are you refering to Dr Clark's cleanses? and if you are, even if you don't "feel" that you need to do these, I highly recommend you do them anyway because you could be unhealthy inside and not even know it. It is best to do everything to be at optimum health. I know this is a lengthy process, but it could prevent future problems which would be harder to heal. Why wait until slight unhealthyness turns into disease? ... start now and finish knowing that "now" you are in good health. Remember, real healing processes do take time ... just like anything in life - if you want to accomplish good results, you have to take the time to get them.
