Yes Paragone works. If you have flukes or other large parasites you may see them in the toilet. Wouldn't you rather see them out than have them stay in you if you have them? Some parasites are microscopic.....these can cause problems also. The paragone is supposed to kill all. Most people DO have parasites.

Read the forum posts.....plenty of people have passed parasites. They are usually dead.
