I got all the stuff today. I am starting to take it this evening. I will let you know what happens. Although I have been taking some Black-Walnut the last couple of days.
I had to BM's today and both had something in it. I wasn't sure what it was. I got gloves and went through it. Gross!!! I am sure there were a few worms in it plus some rice like things.
I hope that we do keep in touch and compare notes.
