anti-parasite pills and side effects

I'm taking anti- parasite pills containing Wormwood , black wulnet and cloves, and have begun to feel some unpleasant side effects. I'm not sure if the side effects are from my body rejecting the herbs in the pills or parasites dying off and releasing toxins.

My most prominent symptom is stomach gas (belching) which has a very strong and unpleasant garlic odour. My wife even commented I'd been smelling of garlic. The first week this was not the case, but afterwards it become a problem. The other problem is a feeling of fatigue, mental tiredness and general discomfort in my arms and legs. I took the pills as indicated for 9 days and stopped, now after a week off I tried again and immediately have similar symptoms. It isn't paralyzing fatigue, but I'm concerned that my body may be reacting to the herbs and that continuing on this dosage may do more harm than good.

Can anyone relate to these symptoms? If I knew that others have experienced the same things and had no problem afterward, I would definitely feel comforted.
