Re: IBS or Candida, Mucloid plaque???

We're all different when it comes to 'getting things down' that don't taste good to us.

I'm a "get it over with person" myself (you know, right? I'm the kind that RIPS off the band-aid and jumps into the ice-cold swimming pool :). I'd put a few drops in about a shotglass of juice or water, slam it, and have a lemon/lime wedge at the ready to bite into (BEFORE I even breathed after I swallowed and allowed myself to taste it).

Otherwise, I'd suggest a few drops in a LARGE glass of super spicy tomato juice...or a few drops in grapefruit juice.

When I have to take something that tastes bad, the last thing on earth I wanna do is make it last LONGER, so I do the shotglass thing. When I liver flush, I NEVER mix the citrus juice with the olive oil. 1/2 cup of olive is fairly 'do-able' for me (if I mix it with a LOT of ginger root), but adding another 1/2 cup of juice means I'd have to drink a full CUP of something I don't care for...and I can't handle that at all.

Blanets of blessings,

Unyquity
