Re: IBS or Candida, Mucloid plaque???
Yes, Virgin Coconut oil IS an anti-fungal.
Grapefruit seed extract is NOT an oil, but can/should be used with the psyllium (just like the oil).
Psyllium is sold at almost every health store/natural market you can find :)
Dose with the psyllium (mixed with some type of antifungal) 3-4 times daily.
You should be able to find the organic cocoa powder at a natural foods market/grocery store. But it doesn't have to be organic (I just prefer organic whenever I can get it!)
You can go back to the same antifungal as many times as you'd like...just make sure to switch 'em around every 2-4 days.
The site (below) has INCREDIBLE information and products available. Here you can learn and understand a LOT about whats been happening to you/your body, as well as purchase the psyllium, grapefruit seed extract and Caproyl (the Caproyl is the hardest to find, but it's THE most effective against Candida).

Another suggestion for taking the psyllium: when you switch to the Caproyl or Grapefruit seed extract, the taste "doesn't go" with sweet things. If you'll mix 1 Tablespoon of psyllium with a tablespoon of antifungal and let it get all absorbed into the psyllium...then mix that in about 8
ounces of tomato or V-8 juice (with a big squeeze or two of lemon or lime...or some cayenne)...you'll end up with a "Candida Killing Bloody Mary" type drink :)
Make SURE you drink AT LEAST the amount of water recommended...on TOP of any other beverages or juices you drink. With a previous history of constipation, you can end up seriously clogged if you don't drink enough water!! (And it might not be a bad idea to have some type of herbal laxative 'at the ready'...or just start off slowly, with only 2 doses daily...see how that does for a couple of days, and add the 3rd & 4th doses ONLY if you're having regular bowel movements).
The site above will give you TONS of great information AND inspiration! You're going to LOVE taking control of your health :)
