?clark bowel cleanses to remove mucoid plaque?

It is my understanding that the Hulda Clark Bowel Cleanse is mostly to kill parasites with the bowel contents themselves and I have not read anything describing removal of mucoid plaque with the Hulda Clark bowel cleanse. Does the Hulda Clark Bowel Cleanse have this action? If not, which Bowel Cleanses would be recommended to remove mucoid plaque and could such a cleanse be used in conjunction with a Clark Bowel Cleanse?
