(HELP) Chronic Constipation (HELP)

I'm thinking about getting my money back on the colonix and getting a colonic and then using something like Oxypowder .

I've read someone on the forum say that senna the ingredient in the KleriTea, well you can become reliant on it that's something I don't want.

I'd like any input any one can give to tackle this problem.

Don't get me wrong but I love to eat but I'm scared to eat I feel like crap after I have something to eat. I also think I eat to much chicken. don't drink much milk only in cereal (not that often)

It seems like my mined is backed up to that's why I think i can't put everything in one message.

I started my research with zelnorm I got to thinking and really don't want to take a Pharmaceutical. that's when I started looking for alternative methods and found colonix. Now that I've been on it for about 16 day i really don't feel any different, some days I feel good and others I don't feel like I can even fuction.

I begining to think that a colonic my be a good start, little pricey but worth it. I would just like some fedback from peolpe who have either gone through or know some one who has gone through something like this.

Another thing I've taken fiber drinks like citracil it seems to work for awhile(like a week or 2) and them it stops working I stop taking it and I begin going (just a few days and only once aday)again I stop going. I start taking the fiber again and nothing happens

Thanks vdg
