Coffee enema help

Hi All,

I need to do a Colon Cleanse so I can get to my next liver flush. I tried Colosan and it was a nightmare so I am using coffee enemas with success. My question is how often and for how long do I do the coffee enemas to ensure a thorough cleanse? Also, is it normal to have a lot of mucus after I do the cleanse? Is this sign of infection or just a normal part of the cleanse?

Any advice would be appreciated.
