Will Bowel Cleanse Remove Supplements?

Heal Gut Dysbiosis
Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

If i'm using these to treat candida, will Bowel Cleanse cause them to be eliminated from my system and thus resulting in wasting my supplements before they can be helpful?
Could anyone suggest an order for mixing these supplements with a zapper? Are there any relationships between these two methods of treatment?
