beginner needs help please!!

hi there, ive just purchased some Oxypowder off the internet after hearng how good everyone on here thought it was. i have also purchased an anti parasite kit which contains the 3 necessary herbs. my question is however what one do i take first...or can i take then in conjunction with eachother??? any replies would be greatly appreciated.
