You don't need a chaser. The capsules have the complete product. Only if you use colosan powder (similar as Oxypowder ) you have to use lemon juice or applecider vinegar. Colosan's capsules (oxyflush) is also a complete product.
Just follow the directions from the company, everyone is different so there is not one right way for everybody.
