I am with you, I can't give up my meat either. I did a Bowel Cleanse with no problems with meat. However, I have since switched to grass-fed, organic, hormone-free, antibiotic-free which has less calories, more omega 3's, and tastes better. Check out your natural store in your area, they may have a rancher in the area that you can get beef from. You are right in adding more fruits, veggies, etc. If you feel well, I say keep up with what you are doing.
