Re: daily coffee enema question
Wow, you're going to get information on both sides of the extreme, I'm sure!
There are thousands of people that swear by daily
coffee enemas (and many natural healers)...and there are just as many that say it's harmful and will stop you having normal bowel activity.
BUT, you stopped, and you're having normal bowel activity.
My mother in law had stage IV terminal liver cancer back in the 70's, and daily
coffee enemas were part of what cured the cancer. She did them daily for years (and still does several weekly). She's 80 years old and doin' just fine :)
Here's my thoughts:
--Get the BEST organic coffee available specifically formulated for use in Coffee Enemas, and read everything this site has to offer:
http://www.sawilsons.com/
s.a.Wilson's Enema coffee for coffee enemas
--Make sure that the reason they make you "feel good" is NOT because of the caffeine blast (that one normally gets by doing a deep coffee enema).
--
coffee enemas are a great bowel cleanser/flusher, and are great to add to ANY bowel cleansing protocol.
--Read and listen to everybody's responses, consider everything, and then listen to your own "doctor within" .
Here's an article that I found to be fantastic...and it's full of ALL kinds of information about ALL the benefits of coffee enemas (it would be a great one to print out and take to your doc...if you want to "get into it" with him/her.) It tells how the ingredients in the coffee stimulate the body/liver to kill free radicals; the blood makes a full circuit through the body/liver every 3-5 minutes, and so if one retains a
coffee enema for 15 - 30 minutes, the blood stream has been cleansed of free radicals 5-10 times...kinda like a complete blood dialysis that strengthens your immune system by killing free radicals every day.

'Hope this all helps you some - great question! I hope to see more responses.
