Use IF#1 first if you tend to be constipated. If your movements are regular or if you have an inflammatory bowel condition or frequent diarrhea, then skip the #1 and go right to the high fiber cleaning of IF#2. I've seen the Schulze formulas prices range from $13.00-21.00 dollars on-line. I think I got mine for $18.00 each, but with free shipping from Rising Star LLC. The rising star site has a terrific article from the Schulze Newsletter about bowel cleansing. I know Unyquity has posted the exact URL several times in her post, but I don't have it handy right now.
