I have to assume that most people won't like my answer, but you might not need one since you eat right etc., especially the 3 BM's. Not everybody gets a build up.

Rainbow, the two ready-made cleanses you see highly recommended on this board are the Schultz formulas and the Colonix kit (from http://www.drnatura.com).

I'm doing Colonix but I am adding Bentonite to my shakes.

P&B shakes are a great option too.

I, too, have good diet & regular bowel movements daily. I choose Dr. Schulze s Intestinal Formula #2, because it has a terrific blend of fibers and herbs for deep cleaning and detoxing the colon (and body), and it doesn't have any of the stuff I don't need.

The Colonix (without the Paranil/ parasite part or the Kleritea) will probably have basically the same cleansing effect...BUT it doesn't contain Willow Charcoal or Bentonite Clay...and I feel it's SUPER important to have something in whatever you use to absorb the toxins that you're bound to stir-up doing a bowel cleanse.

I don't recommend Oxypowder /Colosan, because they liquefy the fecal matter and I can't see what is happening (and diarrhea is always something I can live without :), and for all the testimonies I've read about it's cleansing action, I still see nobody telling about a weight loss that stayed 'lost'...and if a bowel cleanser is really getting the rubbery/toxic/thick mucoid plaque out of the body, one WILL report a weight loss of some kind.

When doing ANY type of a fiber-based cleanse, make SURE and drink PLENTY of pure water.
