Keep your diet healthy and get plenty of liquids. Everything else is your choice. The best advice I can give you is to consider taking some digestive enzymes between meals or early morning/late night when your system is fairly empty. My Naturopath said the enzymes also help loosen built up "gunk" so it will pass easier. Enzymes also help loosen parasites. But they need to be taken between meals to do their work in the gut, otherwise, they just work on the food.
