Congratulations! Isn't it just wonderful!

But isn't it just "confloogerating" when we figure how long it's taken for all of us to "get it" ? :(

Basic biology, jr high...ALL living organisms have to be able to take in and assimilate nutrients (all of the digestive tract lining must be free from build up for this to happen), and ALL living organisms have to be able to freely expel toxins and waste (get rid of the build up in the colon for this to happen)....and ALL organisms have to be able to do these two basic things in order to live.

Yet it takes us how long to figure out that we need a healthy, unclogged digestive tract to attain health? Silly us...some "advanced race" we are, eh?
