Hi everyone... Happy New Years first of all. I hope you all have a happy, healthy and prosperous 2006 in front of you!
I've been researching the subject of bowel cleansing for the past several months and became interested in the subject after my brother did a series of
colonics last spring which "cured" him of an acute case of
Acne (he was 28 at the time and it was a major issue for him). I myself knew that my digestive tract was not working as well as it should be. I took some
colonics myself and did not nearly have the same experience as my brother did. In fact nothing came out during the sessions which was a major disappointment for me.
I just happened to stumbled across this website and have been reading it ever since. I had used psyllium before as a source of fiber, but I must admit that I was skeptical when it came to the combination of psyllium and
Bentonite (the infamous P&B Shakes!). I had read many of the posts in here of people who had success using them, but I didn't think that the simple addition of
Bentonite would have much of an effect.
The other day I was at my local health food store doing some shopping when I stumbled across
Bentonite in its liquid form. The price was very reasonable so I decided to pick up a bottle. The first day I had only 1 shake per day. Ever since I have been having 3 per day (at least an hour away from food). After a couple of days I started to notice a difference. There was a lot of "junk" coming out (things that looked like little white balls, some little black ones and some undigested food) and I have been having at least 3 large BM's per day. This afternoon I passed my first mini-rope. I was only a couple of
inches long maybe 1/2
inch in diameter (just like the pics in the photo gallery just smaller!) The best of it is that I am not really feeling gassy, bloated or otherwise uncomfortable as I have done for some years! The amazing thing is that since we are still in the holidays I am not following my usual healthy diet, nor have I been getting my usual daily intake of water. Now that things are getting back to normal I cannot wait to see what happens once I am faithfully back to my routine of healthy living.
I'm so excited... I can't wait to keep this going!
