Re: IF#1, Worms and Going At Work

I finally got some results this evening at work with an extraordinary experience. As I mentioned in my earlier post I was miserable, I was so bloated and uncomfortable. I had to wear my "fat" jeans to work because I couldn't button my regular pants. About 5 PM I had the urge to go and had a nothing special BM except for two gelatinous masses containing what appeared to be dozens, if not hundreds of worms. Now I have a history of parasites and have done several cleanses with varying results. I don't know what type of worms these were, but they were white, thin and 3/4-1 inch long. They were in twisted masses in the sacks of mucus. This may explain the rather severe pain I have had in my left side for several months. I wish I could say I was able to throw down my cane and walk normally and without pain, this was not the case. However, I did have a good "cleaned out" feeling that I never experience with the Epsom Salt flushes or the Oxypowder cleanse I did a few months ago. While I am disappointed in how slow this product has worked in me, I am also encouraged. I cannot tolerate a lot of fiber right now. I don't know if you have read any of my earlier posts, but my bowels completely shut down after doing the Oxypowder cleanse. I had to flush with a magnesium product once or twice a week for any relief. I suffer from nerve root inflammation from a spinal injury that affects my walking and causes excruciating pain. My doctor warned it might eventually affect my bowel and bladder function from time to time. I am doing this cleanse in an effort to restore normal peristaltic function. I realize this may take months, but I still hope to get some good results soon. The spinal injury has affected the colon, but an engorged colon adds to the degree of pain I have to endure everyday. My hope is that a clean colon will give the nerves a better chance to heal.
Thanks for your input, while I am an experienced cleanser, I am having to start over with a new method now and appreciate advice and shared experiences.
