Re: parasite cleanse and colon cleanse at same time?

thanx hopinso for your inspiring posts. i'm doing the P&B shake now and i'm ready to start clark's formula. but i'm wondering if Bentonite might absorp some of the parasite cleanse remedy and render it less effective. what would you say? also am experiencing a pain in the area of sigmoid (lower part of the descending) colon. i think it might be because that part of my colon has more of the M P, constricting the passage of the Bentonite and psyllium bulk. did you have any such experience?
any especial enemas might help me? i've read about salt water and soda, vinegar, epsum and garlic and wheat grass juice enemas in this site but unfortunaly the important info as to what any of these enemas are good for were left out. would lyou have any idea? perhaps there is an enema which would help to losen up the M Plaque.?
