I'm not Ptree, but I'll try to give you some help. First, how long have you been doing the P&B? Reason I ask is b/c I did those in the past and instead of moving stuff along, I got SERIOUSLY constipated from it. Some people just don't do well with psyllium. I am one of those people. Second, smart move (in my opinion) switching from the iron supplements to molasses. Iron supplements made me constipated also. I don't know what to tell you about the bloating other than I would stop the P&B. For your bloating, I am assuming that maybe you still have some "old meals" in you. If that's the case, you can try Oxypowder . That will clean you out good and should get rid of the bloating. If you don't think it's old meals inside you that is making you bloated, you can try taking ginger/drinking ginger tea first. When I'm just bloated for no apparent reason, that is what I do-drink ginger tea. (Just a pointer I picked up from a friend). That is cheaper than the Oxypowder . If the tea doesn't work, then I would go to Oxypowder .
