hi hanna - in my case i used Oxypowder for 6 wks to the letter- i like it and thought surely i had gotten my self clean, well, i decided to try a series of high colonics and had my first one, five days ago, and i tell you it was amazing. the therapist said i released some old stuff- and i will be getting a series of 5..so in my case the Oxypowder was not enough -i will continue to use Oxypowder couple times a year i think its a good product.
