I TRY, notice TRY, according to my pitta body type. At this point I eat hardly any meat or dairy. Though at times we eat icecream a lot. But in the winter when we were in Florida in a resort I would eat fish with vegetables. My biggest approach is to do food combining. I eat fruit by itself and never after a meal. If I do eat protein I only add vegetables or a salad, but no carbohydrates.
I already had started this some time ago, but now reinforce it more. Susanne Sommers and some French man, whose book I got from my brother, follow the food combining system. And there are other books too.
The Ayurveda system according to Andreas does it too. Andreas never eats meat, dairy, eggs, fish. Once a month (or week) or so I like to have one of these things, but I think it becomes less because you forget about it.
With every meal I make sure I use 1 tsp or so
OO (Olive-Oil) or when I cook veggies coconut oil.
Coconut oil is better when thing are hot, I also use it in my oatmeal. I have a glass of wine every day, I am only telling you this so you know I don't do everything according to the rules. And when we are have a barbecue I eat everything.
So it is mainly in my daily life I try to live a little bit according to the rules.
This lifestyle has nothing to do with the
Oxypowder , this is how I live. The main thing I am aware of that may be because I like buttpee I might loose minerals, and for that reason I always make sure that I use the
Seasalt every day (about 1/2 - 1 tsp).
