Re: Oxy Powder Cleanse

Hi I'm new to the forum but I've read for hours. Hope it's ok if I jump in here. All this info is making me crazy! I'm trying to decide which colon cleanser to use not only for myself but my mom and brother want to do it also. I've read tons about the Oxy products and I found one called OxyFlush and it seems to be a tad cheaper then some of the others. http://www.oxygenamerica.com/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=514

The drawback for me is the "buttpee". LOL I was wondering if a person could use enough to make the stools really soft but not liquified? That way you could see what was coming out and also a person wouldn't be in danger of an explosion? ;)
I was wondering too if a person could do less of the oxy product and during the day maybe also take Psyllium? And is it ok to take Psyllium in capsules??
