Re: newbie - any suggestions to get started?

I just finished the 10 day Master Cleanse. Initially I started with Dr.Natura's Colonix. I loved the Paranil, but had a hard time with the fiber product. It didn't matter what I did, it just did not work for me. I gave it a good 2 1/2 weeks....drinking so much water, I could have just set on the potty and peed 24/7. My co-worker, however, is doing great on it.

I will be starting the Oxypowder next and continuing on the Paranil from Dr. Natura.

You see, it all depends on the individual. I have read a lot positive about Colonix on this forum, though, so that might be a good starting point. I think I am just an exeption to the rule. Tweet
