Gosh! I'm no expert, but it sure sounds like you passed some toxic stuff! Maybe some moucoid plaque? What cleanse are doing? I apologize if you've already mentioned that somewhere :-). I've been doing the Colonix ( minus the parasite herbs ) for over a month -although I've just had to discontinue it this week because the fiber was starting to scratch up my insides. Anyhow, I've had perionds of feeling absolutely horrid lately. I think we're detoxing. My skin looks the best it has looked in years :-).
